Chittenden County residents voted Tuesday for who they want representing them at the local level. Those results have come to a close for the House of Representatives, a group made up of 150 seats.
The House of Representatives is broken up by district, with Chittenden County having 25 districts, some with two seats each, more than any other county in the state.
This election saw a large number of incumbents reclaiming their seatsbut also a batch of new representatives. On par with past elections, Chittenden County voted majority Democrat, more so than other counties in the state, giving only one Republican a seat in Chittenden-25.
