Diljit Dosanjh is currently having his Dil-lumanati tour which sees him travel to different cities in India and perform. After performing in Pune, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Hyderabad and many other cities, Diljit was in Chandigarh on Saturday. During his show, he revealed that he wants to dedicate today’s concert to Gukesh who made history by becoming the youngest champion in sports history.
He China’s Ding Liren in the final game of their FIDE World Championship match. The next day, Gukesh received his FIDE World Championship trophy. Diljit said during the show, “Today’s show is dedicated to world chess champion Gukesh. Do you know why it is dedicated to him? Because whatever you think in life, he has already thought about becoming a world champion. And he became that. Problems are there, I face them daily.”
After Gukesh, he also spoke about Allu Arjun‘s ‘Pushpa 2‘. He asked the audience if they’ve watched the movie and revealed that he’s watched only the first part of the film and not second. He said that the first part of the film was very good. He said, “There’s a dialogue in the film, ‘Jhukega nahi saala’.
Diljit also talked about Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa movies. The singer shared that he watched the first part, Pushpa: The Rise but not the second film, Pushpa 2: The Rule. Diljit also praised the film. He also referred to Arjun’s famous dialogue, “jhukega nahi Saala.”
He then joked, “Saaala nahi jhukega toh Jija jhuk jayega (referring to himself)” This left everyone in splits and the audience was left cheering. This happened amidst the fact that Allu Arjun was detained by the Police on Friday night and he was kept in jail till Saturday morning with regards to a lady’s death in a stampede which occured at the screening of ‘Pushpa 2’.
Meanwhile, ‘Pushpa 2’ has been breaking all the records at the box office.
