The Rs 2,497.92 crores public issue was entirely an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 1.88 crore equity shares by promoters and individual shareholders, with no fresh issue component. Notably, well-known investor Rekha Jhunjhunwala is a promoter in the soon-to-be listed company.

As the bidding for the issue has closed, investors who placed bids for it are waiting for the share finalisation.

As per the company’s RHP filed with market regulator SEBI, the finalisation of basis of allotment with the designated stock exchange will be on or about Tuesday, December 17. Share allotment can take place anytime soon and the investors can check if they have been alloted shares or not on the BSE or registrar’s website.

Notably, the public issue is commanding a massive premium in the grey market, indicating healthy listing gains for investors. According to several websites that track the grey market premium Jhunjhunwala-backed Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO currently has a GMP in the range of Rs 407 to Rs 420.

Taking into account the IPO’s GMP range, if the shares list with at a premium of Rs 407, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions shares could make their D-Street debut at Rs 1736 apiece, about 30.62% listing gains. At a premium of Rs 420, the shares can start trading at Rs 1749.
