Mahindra is revamping its dealerships and service centers nationwide, aiming to create a more immersive and tech-driven customer experience for both its electric and traditional SUV lines. This transformation is inspired by Mahindra’s Heartcore Design philosophy and will affect everything from showroom design to after-sales service, including the launch of a dedicated EV charging vertical. The initiative includes a nationwide celebration culminating in the opening of bookings for the BE 6 and XEV 9e on February 14th.A modern touch with aesthetics
Mahindra’s redesigned showrooms will feature a modern aesthetic, incorporating a new color palette, enhanced lighting, and interactive technology. The goal is to create a space that reflects progressive design and intelligent innovation.
The showrooms will showcase Mahindra’s latest technologies, including the INGLO Electric Origin architecture and MAIA, described as “the fastest automotive mind in the world.” Customers can also experience the Sonic Studio, featuring a 1,400-watt, 16-speaker Harman Kardon system with Dolby Atmos. Five hundred specialists from luxury and premium brands will offer personalized consultations.
Improvement in after-sales service
Mahindra is also enhancing its after-sales service with dedicated service bays for electric SUVs, staffed by expert technicians. The company is implementing predictive diagnostics and Remote Vehicle Diagnostics (RVD) for proactive maintenance. A network of Battery Repair Centers will provide specialized EV battery care. A team of 400 Mahindra Tech Experts, supported by engineers from Mahindra Research Valley (MRV), will ensure precise service.
CHARGE.IN
Mahindra’s new EV charging vertical, CHARGE.IN, will be supported by over 350 experts. CHARGE.IN will handle home charger installations and integration with India’s growing DC charging network.
The Me4U app will provide a connected ownership experience, offering features from pre-sales through after-sales. This includes order tracking, test drive bookings, vehicle insights, live vehicle status, remote controls, and energy management. The app will also integrate with India’s DC fast charging network, including payment gateways.
To celebrate the launch, Mahindra dealerships and service centers will host nationwide events, including personalized showroom tours, immersive test drives, and technology showcases. Attendees can interact with sales consultants, participate in giveaways, and explore financing options like the “Three for Me” program.
Bookings for the BE 6 and XEV 9e, across all nine variants, will open on February 14th at 9:00 AM.
Mahindra views this initiative as more than just a product launch; it’s a move towards building a stronger connection between customers and their vehicles.
