Hyderabad: MERGEN Corporates has announced the launch of its largest ServiceNow Digital Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, marking a significant expansion of its capabilities in AI and digital workflow automation. The new CoE, which has already onboarded over 50 ServiceNow experts, aims to double its headcount by early 2026 to meet growing global demand.
Set up with an initial investment of $500,000, the CoE is housed within MERGEN’s Global Delivery Center in a 150-seat facility, with an additional 8,000 square feet earmarked for expansion.
