Pricing for roadside assistance ranges between ₹3,999 and ₹8,000, depending on the vehicle age and selected coverage duration.German luxury carmaker, Audi Indiaon Monday announced a 10-year extended warranty and 15-year roadside assistance plan applicable across its entire product range aimed at enhancing customer experience and setting a new benchmark in aftersales service in the country.
According to the official press release, the extended warranty can be purchased at the time of new car delivery or anytime before the existing warranty expires. It covers manufacturing defects for up to 10 years or 200,000 kilometres.
“Our extended warranty and roadside assistance programme is an extension of our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and sets new industry standards for luxury automotive service in India. We aim to provide our customers peace of mind knowing support is always available,” said Audi India Head Balbir Singh Dhillon.
Comprehensive Roadside Support
Audi’s updated roadside assistance programme will now offer coverage for up to 15 years, providing 24/7 emergency services on national and state highways and other motorable roads across mainland India.
Key roadside services include emergency towing, battery boost, fuel delivery, tyre support, lockout assistance, and even hotel accommodation or alternate travel arrangements in case of prolonged repairs.
The service also comes with tech-enabled features such as real-time customer updates every 30 minutes, WhatsApp-based service requests, and dedicated vehicle custody and mobility support.
