The megastar drew a comparison between Aamir and Kamal Haasanhighlighting that just as Kamal Haasan is a revered figure in Tamil Nadu, Aamir Khan holds a similar status in northern India. He also praised Aamir as the standout among Bollywood’s three Khans—Salman Khan, Shah rukh khanand Aamir Khan—acknowledging him as a legendary figure in the industry.He also spoke about each actor individually and humorously added that seeing the entire star cast was so overwhelming that he momentarily forgot the film’s story.
Aamir Khan joins Coolie without hearing the script
When Aamir took the stage, he revealed that he agreed to join the film solely because of Rajinikanth, without even hearing the script. He recalled his first meeting with director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who approached him for a role in Coolie. Upon learning it was Rajinikanth’s film, Aamir immediately said yes—marking one of the rare times he accepted a project without reviewing the script.Coolie also features Nagarjuna, Shruti HaasanSoubin Shahir, Sathyaraj, and several others.
