Hero MotoCorp has announced that it will pass on the full GST benefit to customers, with revised prices across its entire two-wheeler lineup effective September 22.
- Price cuts of up to Rs 15,743 across Hero’s range
- Karizma 210, Xtreme 250R, Xpulse 210 see the highest reductions
Splendor+, HF Deluxe, and scooters also get more affordable
The world’s best-selling motorcycle, the Splendor, gets more affordable by Rs 6,820.
The government recently reduced GST on two-wheelers under 350cc from 28 percent to 18 percent. Since Hero MotoCorp’s entire portfolio falls within this bracket, every model benefits from the tax cut.
The biggest saving is on the Karizma 210, which is now affordable by up to Rs 15,743. The Xpulse 210 and Xtreme 250R also see substantial reductions of Rs 14,516 and Rs 14,055, respectively. Commuter favourites such as the Splendor+ (Rs 6,820 off), HF Deluxe (Rs 5,805 off) and Passion+ (Rs 6,500 off) also become more affordable.
Scooters like the Pleasure+ (Rs 6,417 off), Destini 125 (Rs 7,197 off) and Xoom 160 (Rs 11,602 off) benefit too, alongside other models in Hero’s lineup. These price cuts are quite substantial when you consider the base ex-showroom price of these models.
