The Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer SF have received two new color options. After the recent GST revision, the naked Gixxer is priced at Rs 1.27 lakh, while the faired Gixxer SF costs Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is around Rs 12,000 less than before.
Both motorcycles are powered by the same 155cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 13.6hp and 13.8Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Gixxer and Gixxer SF retain their familiar design language, and feature an LED headlight, a digital console with Bluetooth connectivity, and single-channel ABS.
Despite being one of Suzuki’s longest-running models in India, the Gixxer holds its own against popular rivals like the TVS Apache RTR 160 and Bajaj Pulsar N160 in the competitive 150-160cc motorcycle segment.
