Maruti Suzuki India Ltd on Wednesday announced the inauguration of its 5,000th Arena Service touchpoint in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. With this, the brand operates over 400 authorised service points in Tamil Nadu.
The state-of-the-art workshop spans 3,200 sq. m. and features four service bays and four body repair bays, equipped with advanced tools and equipment to ensure high-quality service, the company said in a statement. The facility was inaugurated by Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer, Service, and Takahiro Shiraishi, Executive Vice President, Service.
Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India, said, “Easy access to trusted service is fundamental to a hassle-free ownership experience. Our expanding network ensures faster, reliable care, wherever customers are. We extend our gratitude to our dealer partners for supporting this growth and will continue to expand our service network.”
Maruti Suzuki’s service network now has 5,640 touchpoints across 2,818 cities, including Arena , NEXA, MSSSP, Rural workshops, Service-on-Wheels, and Authorised Service Stations.
In FY 2024-25, Maruti Suzuki claims to have serviced over 27 million vehicles, its highest-ever in a single year, and has already serviced 14 million vehicles between April and September 2025.
