MUMBAI – A Railway Security Force jawan shot dead 4 people in a train near Palghar railway station on Monday. The jawan opened fire with an automatic weapon. This train was coming from Jaipur towards Mumbai. The incident took place in Palghar, 100 km away from Mumbai. After crossing Palghar railway station, RPF personnel opened fire in bogies no. 4 and 5 of the moving train. RPF ASI and 3 other passengers were hit by bullets. He then pulled the chain and tried to jump and run near Borivali station but the GRP detained the accused RPF jawan along with the weapon.

But when he opened his eyes, he saw dead bodies lying in a pool of blood in front of him. He said that I was in a state of panic.

The interrogation of the accused RPF jawan is going on at the Borivali police station.
