This is the first Galaxy Unpacked event, held at the company’s home market.
Samsung will introduce its newest foldable smartphones on Wednesday, where the company will unveil the much-hyped Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5 at the Galaxy Unpacked July launch event happening in Seoul, South Korea.
The Unpacked event will be live-streamed on the company’s official website and YouTube, and the presentation will start at 4:30 PM IST, where Samsung will unveil its latest innovations, including foldable devices, tablets, and wearables.

For the unaware, this is the second Galaxy Unpacked event of this year, where the company will primarily focus on the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Z Fold 5. Besides, the company is also reported to showcase the Galaxy Tab S9 series, Galaxy Watch 6 series, and new Galaxy Buds, and it is also said to announce its first smart ring at the Galaxy Unpacked event.
Samsung has already confirmed that the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will be both thinner and lighter than their predecessors and will also incorporate a new hinge system to reduce the gap between the two halves of the device.
Similarly, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is also expected to pack a much bigger cover display than its predecessor and the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is said to be the thinnest foldable that Samsung has ever produced.
