The beginning of the urban and rural Olympic Games is proposed from 5th August. On this day, preparations are on to create a world record for taking oath together. On the commencement of the games, 59 lakh players of the state will simultaneously take oath online and offline. To make this record, every player of rural and urban Olympics will have to log in on Janadhar/Aadhaar/mobile number or player ID. In this, UCEEO and PEEO will cooperate with the players. 1 lakh 98 thousand 257 players of Pali district will also participate in this oath to register their name in the pages of history.

On August 5, the first day of Rajiv Gandhi Rural and Urban Olympics, players and spectators etc. will gather at 8 am. After this, the guests will be introduced in two minutes. District Collector, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad will introduce the competition at 8.05 am. The chief guest will take the salute at 8:09. The flag hoisting will be done at 8:11 am. After this the players will do march past. There will be a cultural program. In the state, between 9:21 am to 9:23 am, the players will make a record by taking oath together.
