The court announced the verdict on Saturday, sentencing Kataria to two years imprisonment in the case of assaulting a man. In this background, there is a possibility of disqualification from the Lok Sabha. Meanwhile, in 2011, he and his followers attacked the manager of a power supply company in Agra.
