Kanye West and Bianca Censori are reportedly under investigation by Italian police for possibly breaking “standards of public decorum” on their NSFW boat ride.
One week after the rapper flashed his bare butt while riding a river taxi in Venice as his Yeezy employee knelt beside him, a police source told the Daily Mail Tuesday that they are going to question the watercraft’s driver.
“The images show the couple clearly in a state of intimacy, and if the local prosecutor decides to press charges, then we will notify the couple, most probably through the relevant Embassies,” the insider told the outlet.
The source claimed to have received “complaints from people who witnessed” the nudity.
“The offense being investigated is acts contrary to public decency, which is punishable by an administrative sanction,” they continued, adding that “any breaches are severely punished.”
Venice’s councilor for public security, Elisabetta Pesce, additionally told the outlet that the viral photographs of the couple show a “lack of respect” for the city.
The reported investigation comes on the heels of West, 46, and Censori, 28, being banned for life from the boat company, Venezia Turismo Motoscafi.

In a statement to Daily Mail Australia Sunday, the business accused a third person of obstructing the captain’s view, leaving him “completely unaware” of the couple’s activity while he was on the “lookout for traffic.”
If the employee had seen, “he would have immediately disembarked and reported the transgressors to those in authority,” the company insisted.
“We completely dissociate ourselves from such acts and behavior,” the statement concluded. “Mr. West and his wife will certainly no longer be welcome on board our company’s boats.”
The Grammy winner and Censori have been gallivanting around Italy since the beginning of August.
In addition to West’s display of public nudity last week, Censori has made many headlines of her own for wearing a spree of “naked” outfits made from sheer tights.
She and the record producer also have been photographed walking shoeless on many occasions in the last month.
The duo “wed” in a non-legally binding ceremony in January, two months after West’s divorce from Kim Kardashian was settled.
Despite reports that the “embarrassed” reality star, 42, wishes to “talk sense into” Censori, a source clarified to Page Six that Kardashian has “very much moved on” and is “a firm believer in letting people be on their own journey and figure out life.”
