Vicky Kaushal Swallowed An Iron Nail During His Childhood

Kaushal Sahab is not a stranger to mischief but this time he did it to himself. Vicky shared with us a hilariously gross incident which is not to be missed. During one power cut night in Punjab, he was playing and swallowed an entire iron nail! He then quipped that someone said he is iron deficient so he went ahead and gulped it down.
Time for TMI! Now, he got scared and his whole family only had one mission — to get it out of him. Vicky goes on to say that he was fed huge amounts of bananas and milk. And, he was making frequent trips to the washroom. His job as a kid was just to pass the nail via stool. (Yes, we know it sounds gross, guys). But someone had to inspect it.
The story gets a plot twist. Because someone had to inspect the stool to find the nail. The task of inspecting whether he excreted the nail or not, was taken up by Vicky’s aunt, Aruna aka Babbe Mausi. The valiant woman tracked and checked kid Vicky’s poo poo.
And, she emerged out of the washroom with the nail in her hand. Vicky’s expression while he narrates the tales, tells it all. And he even lipped a jingle. By this point, even he realised it was something not to be talked about at BRUNCH.

His Typical Sunday Brunch At Home Sweet Home

Vicky joined us on our Sunday Brunch but we wanted to know about his typical Sunday brunch routine. He went on to say that it is a proper Punjabi breakfast. With aloo paratha, dahi, homemade white butter, and homemade mango pickle with chai or lassi. That is quite a breakfast, phew!
He lets us know that he likes the butter and pickles made by his lovely mother. Then, he goes on to mention that Katrina also enjoys Punjabi food but prefers Pancakes a little too much. “Paranthe aur pancakes ke beech humara brunch ho jata hai” is how he summed it up for us!
