Latehar , The fourth match of the school cricket league organized by Latehar District Cricket Association was played between Shershah Striker and SVM. Where SVM won the toss and batted first, losing all the wickets in the stipulated overs and were reduced to just 112 runs. In which Ayush Kumar contributed 28 runs, Abhishek Yadav 14 not out and Hrishikesh Bhagat contributed 16 runs. On behalf of Shershah Striker, Yashvardhan took 4 wickets, Shrishant Yadav took 3 wickets and Balram Kumar Mahato took 2 wickets.
Shershah Striker, chasing the target, won the match by scoring 114 runs in 12.5 overs losing 6 wickets and made its place in the semi-finals. In which Mridul contributed 30 not out, Sreesanth 20 not out and Adhyayan contributed 18 runs. For SVM, Vidyanshu took 2 wickets and Shubham and Abhishek took one wicket each. The umpires of the match were Shravan Mahali and Kumar Sanu while the scoring was done by Dhirendra Surwar.
The observer of the match was Shravan Mahali. The Man of the Match award was given to Yashvardhan of SSCC by Uday Kumar, sports teacher of Boys High School. Many players and spectators including association secretary Amlesh Kumar Singh were present on the occasion.
