- Veteran cricketer Sunil Gavaskar was a guest of a friend in Simlak
Sunil Gavaskar, the legendary cricketer of the country, came on a flying visit to Simlak village of Navsari. He was the guest of Solibhai Adam, originally from Simlak and now living in England. Solibhai is currently building a new house in the village. They were specially present to see it. He also visited The Muslim Education Institute in Simlaq. And expressed the joy of reaching here and meeting his friend.
He stayed with Solibhai’s family till late evening.
