Indian cricket team's all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja did wonders in the 12th league match of the World Cup 2023 against Pakistan at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Jadeja has made a big achievement in One Day International cricket by taking two wickets. Jadeja also completed a special century in the world's largest cricket stadium and created a record which is not recorded in the name of any other player.
Actually, Ravindra Jadeja is the only left arm bowler who has taken 100 or more wickets in India in One Day International cricket. Before him, this record was in the name of left arm pacer Zaheer Khan. He took a total of 94 wickets in 65 matches for India. Apart from this, Jadeja is the sixth bowler from India who has taken 100 or more wickets while bowling in ODI cricket in his country.
Gujarat-born Ravindra Jadeja achieved two successes in the World Cup match against Pakistan.
