The actress will be playing the role of Avni Bajirao Singham and will also join the boys in the line of fire.The leaked photos from the sets were a stark contrast to her fiesty cop avatar that was released in a character poster.
Also spotted on the sets for the late night shoot was actor Tiger Shroff. Much like his character posters, the actor was spotted flexing his ripped muscles on the sets as he shot some shirtless scenes. Tiger, who is a newcomer to Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, will play the role of ACP Satya, a Special Task Force officer.
While this is Tiger’s first association with Shetty, Kareena’s history with the director goes way back to 2007. The director-actress duo worked together on 3 blockbusters including ‘Golmaal Returns’, ‘Golmaal 3’ and ‘Singham Returns‘. ‘Singham Again’ not only marks their 16 year long association, but also marks their fourth project together.
Photos of Arjun Kapoor on the film sets also turned up online. The actor was seen rocking a bearded look and was seen shooting his scene in an all-black attire. The photos of the actor have prompted rumours that he could just be playing the villain in the upcoming film that also features
Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.
The film is reportedly slated for a release in 2024.
Meanwhile, director Shetty is also gearing up for the release of his web series ‘Indian Police Force’. The director on Saturday, unveiled the first teaser trailer of the seven-part series that is slated for its release in January 2024.
