New Delhi. Hanuma Vihari, who has played Test cricket for India, has taken a U-turn. 30-year-old Hanuma Vihari has returned to the same cricket board (Andhra) against which he had opened a front and vowed never to play for it. Hanuma Vihari has said that he will now continue to play for Andhra Pradesh.
On Tuesday, Hanuma Vihari informed on social media that he will continue playing for Andhra. He posted a picture with TDP leader Nara Lokesh. Hanuma Vihari wrote, ‘Thank you for your support sir. I am eager to take Andhra cricket forward. I am sure that the future of Andhra cricket is safe.’
Recently, Hanuma Vihari had taken NOC to leave Andhra Cricket and join another team. He had also accused Andhra Cricket Board of delaying the NOC. It is believed that Hanuma Vihari was planning to play for Madhya Pradesh. But now all these things have become history. Hanuma has agreed to stay with his old team.
Thank you so much for your support sir.
I’ll strive to take Andhra cricket forward.
I’m sure the future of Andhra cricket is in safe hands. https://t.co/9iQS7CdkhI— Hanuma Vihari (@Hanumavihari) June 25, 2024
