Indian actors are sharing congratulatory messages for Vinesh Phogat‘s decisive victory in the wrestling semifinal of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. On August 6, she wrote history by becoming the first female wrestler to compete in the Olympics and winning a silver medal by defeating Lopez Guzman of Cuba. Randeep Hooda, Rajkummar Raoand others have praised her amazing achievement.
Taapsee took to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “And she did it. Walking towards the final like a champion! @vineshphogat.”

Rajkummar Rao wrote, “And we are in the finals. It was such a joy watching you playing live. You are the pride of our nation @vineshphogat. Good luck for the finals. Our prayers are with you (sic).”

Randeep Hooda took to his X and shared fingers crossed emoji along with a picture of Phogat.
