Yesterday, the Fig actor took to his social media, to share a video where he spoke in Marathi and Hindi.
He folded his hands and said, “Main kachra nahi karunga (I will not litter).” It seemed that the video was shot at his home. He shared the video on Instagram with the caption written in Marathi, मी कचरा करणार नहीं .. (I will not litter).”
Earlier this week, the Big B shared an update about himself, saying he was heading to work and was already running late.
Bachchan posted, “T 5135 – late for work, so rushing off ❤️.” He also shared a blog post, explaining that meeting fans on Sundays helps him overcome his Monday blues. He mentioned that these interactions make getting up early for work worthwhile and are a key part of his life.
Big B advised fans to manage their sleep schedules for a better life. He suggested, “Sleep after the sun rises and while it’s still rising; this is the wisdom of those who claim to be wealthy.”
On the personal front, Amitabh Bachchan and the Bachchan family have not yet commented on the ongoing rumours about Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan’s marriage. Recently, there have been speculations about their relationship, especially after Aishwarya attended a red carpet event solo in July. The couple, who have been married for over 17 years, have not publicly addressed these rumours.
On the other hand, Amitabh and daughter-in-law Aishwarya go a long way back. During the shooting of the movie ‘Khakee‘ near Nashik with Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, and Akshay Kumar, a scary accident happened. A stuntman lost control of a car, which sped up and crashed into Aishwarya’s chair. Both Aishwarya and Tushar Kapoor were caught by surprise. Akshay quickly stepped in, pulled the car away, and helped Aishwarya. She was then rushed to the hospital, leaving everyone on set shaken.
Bachchan, who would later become Aishwarya’s father-in-law after her marriage to his son Abhishek, was very upset with how the media portrayed her accident. The press labeled her injury as minor, which bothered him.
In an interview with Rediff, he highlighted the seriousness of the incident and his concern for Aishwarya during that difficult time.
Big B shared that he had offered Aishwarya’s mother the option to take her back to Mumbai, arranging for Anil Ambani’s private plane. Due to the lack of night landing facilities in Nashik, special permission was needed to land at a military base 45 minutes away from the hospital. The plane’s seats had to be removed to accommodate Aishwarya.
Despite these efforts, Bachchan was frustrated that the incident was being dismissed as a minor issue.
