The 2024-25 NHL season begins Tuesday, October 8, and the ESPN family of networks is your home to watch hockey in the United States.
There will be 100 exclusive games on ESPN, ESPN+, Hulu and ABC this seasonplus more than 1,050 out-of-market games available on NHL Power Play on ESPN+.
The broadcast season begins on Tuesday with a triple day: St. Louis Blues in Seattle Kraken (4:30 pm ET), Boston Bruins in Florida Panthers (7 pm ET) y Chicago Blackhawks in Utah Hockey Club (10 pm ET).

On October 22, the NHL Frozen Frenzya special night of hockey with all 32 teams in action. That includes another tripleheader starting at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN: Washington Capitals contra Philadelphia Flyers, Colorado Avalanche contra Seattle y Los Angeles Kings contra Vegas Golden Knightswhile the other 13 games will be available in NHL Power Play on ESPN+. Additionally, there will be a live show with previews and highlights from all 16 games.
He NHL 4 Nations Faceoff will take place February 12-20, and will include teams of NHL players representing the United States, Canada, Finland and Sweden in a round-robin tournament. Three round-robin games and the championship game will air on ESPN and ABC.
March 1 will see the return of the Stadium Series to ESPN, with the Columbus Blue Jackets receiving the Detroit Red Wings at Ohio Stadium, home of the college football team Ohio State Buckeyes.
