The Rohit Shetty directorial Singham Again continued its impressive run at the box office on its second Friday, collecting around Rs 8 crore nett, a slight 10 percent drop from the previous day. This drop is attributed mainly to a decrease in collections in Maharashtra, impacting key areas like the Mumbai circuit.
Though the Friday hold is strong due to the holiday week, Singham Again is not expected to show large jumps in collections over the weekend, unlike past holiday-weekend films like Stree 2 or Kalki. However, growth is still anticipated on Saturday.
Early predictions from Sacnilk estimate that Saturday’s earnings may reach Rs 8.73 crore, with late-night shows possibly adding another Rs 2 crore, pushing it into double digits for the second weekend. The movie stars Ajay DevgnKareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, among others.
