Lexus India has announced a remarkable 43% growth in sales for October 2024 compared to the same month last year, attributing the surge to robust festive season demand. The positive momentum extends to their year-to-date performance, with a 14% increase in sales from January to October 2024 compared to the same period in 2023. The growth is driven by strong demand across the luxury vehicle lineup and successful customer engagement initiatives.
Dominance of the Lexus ES model
The Lexus ES model emerged as a key driver of success, contributing 58% of Lexus India’s total sales for October 2024. Its luxurious design, craftsmanship, and appeal as a “Made in India” product have resonated strongly with Indian consumers, reinforcing Lexus’s commitment to local manufacturing.
SUV Portfolio on the Rise
Lexus India’s SUV lineup also recorded significant growth, with a 46% increase in sales in October 2024 compared to the previous year. Models such as the RX and NX continue to attract strong demand, reflecting the brand’s ability to cater to evolving customer preferences for diverse and premium mobility solutions.
