The apartment, located in Agarwal Ind Estate, spans 2,329 sq ft and is ready for immediate occupancy. The transaction, registered on December 23, 2024, involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 13,500 and registration charges of Rs 1,000.
Jogeshwari West, situated in the western suburbs, is a prime location that offers easy access to key business hubs, including SEZs, IT parks, and industrial zones, making it a popular choice for professionals and businesses, according to SquareYards.
Sussanne Khan, known for her innovative approach to luxury interiors, is the founder of The Charcoal Project and has gained recognition in the world of design for her taste and creativity.
