Hyderabad: A case was filed against Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in March 2020, alleging he flew a drone over the Janwada farmhouse. The police registered a case under several sections.
Revanth Reddy approached the court to quash the FIR lodged at Narsingi police station, alleging that the police had applied incorrect sections of law.
The High Court has revisited the case, and a senior lawyer will represent Revanth Reddy. The court has adjourned the case to February 20.
