Valentine Bookmarks
Feb. 8, 3-4 p.m., Feb. 12, 5-6 p.m., Great Neck Area Library
Make a Valentine’s Day bookmark at the Great Neck Area Library. Participants can craft and decorate the bookmark to keep or as a gift to a special someone. The event is open to youth in grades 6-12, and registration is required.
Teen Valentine’s Card Making
Feb. 11, 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library
Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to the Central Library for arts and crafts to make Valentine’s Day card. Whether it’s for your valentine, “galentine,” “palentine” or anti-valentine, create cards with the provided supplies. Registration is not required.

Valentine’s Day CraftTea
Feb. 13, 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., Lynnhaven Colonial Education Center
$30 per person
Get ready for a “tea-riffic” time with someone special or a “Palentine’s Day” with your guy and girl pals. Create personalized watercolor valentine cards with dried flowers, savor a casual cream tea service, and enjoy a tour of the historic Lynnhaven House and grounds. Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased online.

Forever Young Valentine’s Day Party
Feb. 14, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Bow Creek Recreation Center & Great Neck Recreation Center
$10 fee per person for Bow Creek; $12 fee for Great Neck (rec center membership or day pass is required)
Adults ages 55+ are invited to participate in a variety of recreational, physical, intellectual, social and outdoor activities in a fun and inclusive environment on Valentine’s Day. Forever Young friends will be celebrating a day of love and fellowship with games, music and lunch. Reserve your spot today.
The valent’s
Feb. 14, 6-9 p.m., Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center
$150 per person
Celebrate this romantic day surrounded by a picturesque atmosphere sure to impress your valentine. This all-inclusive evening comes with gourmet food stations and an open bar, while you wander past sea turtles, sharks, rays and more. Keep the tides high with this memorable date night experience with keeper talks and unique science stations. Enjoy a traveling meal, stopping for each course at a different exhibit. This event is for ages 21 and up, and identification will be checked at the door.
