January’s Los Angeles fires impacted a lot of people, and various relief efforts have sprung to help those in need. There’s plenty of ways out there to help, and one way involves bidding on costumes, scripts, and production materials from popular Hollywood productions.
Currently, outfits from Stranger Things and House of the Dragon are being sold off in a charity auction held by Propstore—which is separately selling production material from Blade Runner 2049, including Rachael’s bones—and the Costume Designers Guild Awards (CDGA). Until next Friday, February 21, interested people can put money towards costumes from the two popular shows, respectively designed by Amy Perris and Jany Temime, and the proceeds will go towards IATSE’s Emergency Relief Fund. The HBO drama is selling Daemon Targaryen’s dragon-riding costume from the sixth episode of Dragon’s first season, which features “intricate Targaryen embroidery, dragon-scale embellishments, and the sigil of House Targaryen adorning its interior.” Meanwhile, Stranger Things’ items include the Hawkins High School uniforms for cheerleading and basketball, Eddie’s Hellfire Club t-shirt, and Joyce Byers’ puffer jacket, as seen below.

If neither of those interest you, the full catalog features items from Wicked, Furiosa, and plenty more. Most of what’s up for bidding are costumes, but there’s some other interesting things, like the script for American Horror Story: Roanoke’s first episode (with autographs from the main cast and costume designer Lou Eyrich), or a limited edition Seamaster 300 watch from 007: Spectre, complete with a card signed by Daniel Craig.
Give the full list of items a look, if only to see what the CDGA is offering.
