Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Secretary A. Santhi Kumari has issued orders allowing all Muslim government employees to leave work an hour early at 4 pm during the holy month of Ramzan to offer prayers. However, this exemption does not apply in cases where their presence is required for essential services.
