Citroen, part of Stellantis Indiahas expanded its retail network in Tamil Nadu with three new locations. According to the company, these additions aim to improve customer experience and strengthen the brand’s presence in a key market.
The expansion includes new dealerships in Madurai, Trichy, and Tirunelveli, offering a mix of sales, service, and spare parts facilities.
‘The house‘ showroom concept
Citroen is emphasising its unique ‘La Maison’ showroom concept, which blends digital tools with immersive brand experiences. These showrooms incorporate interactive digital interfaces, a 3D configurator, and dedicated service centers. This approach intends to create a seamless and personalised customer journey.
Shishir Mishra, Brand Director – Citroen India, said, “Tamil Nadu is home to Citroen and an extremely important market. We are excited to expand our network in the state with the new Citroën dealership in Tirunelveli and two Stellantis Brand Houses in Madurai and Trichy.”
“Our focus is on providing customers with an effortless and premium ownership experience, supported by our innovative product lineup, advanced digital ecosystem, and best-in-class aftersales service,” he added.
The Trichy location operates as a full 3S facility (sales, service, and spare parts). The Madurai location functions as a 1S+2S facility, offering sales, service, and spare parts. The Tirunelveli dealership is also a full 3S facility, ensuring comprehensive customer support.
Stellantis Brand Houses, like those in Madurai and Trichy, showcase vehicles from both Citroen and Jeep. Customers can explore models such as the Citroen C5, C3, eC3, C3 Aircross, and Basalt, alongside Jeep Compass and Meridian. The Citroen network is spread across the state with 10 POS.
The Tirunelveli dealership, specifically branded as a Citroen location, focuses solely on the Citroen lineup. These new facilities boast modern diagnostic equipment, and specially trained service teams. The goal is to maintain high standards for vehicle maintenance and repair, the company said.
ATAWADAC (Anytime, Anywhere, Any Device, Any Content)
Citroen is also highlighting its “ATAWADAC” (Anytime, Anywhere, Any Device, Any Content) reception bar and high-definition 3D configurator as part of its advanced digital ecosystem. These features are designed to further enhance the customer experience.
