Salman Khan’s highly anticipated film ‘Sikandar’ has officially wrapped up shooting, sparking excitement among fans. The superstar completed the final leg in Mumbai with co-star Rashmika mandannadirector AR Murugadossand producer Sajid Nadiadwala. To mark the occasion, he seemingly kept up with the latest set tradition and shaved off his beard and opted for a clean-shaven look after over a year.
According to NEWS18.com, the sources close to the production revealed, “It was a patchwork sequence between Salman and Rashmika in Bandra, and the team finished the shoot around 8:30 PM. Right after the shoot, Salman cleaned his beard, which he had been keeping for his look in Sikandar. In real life, Salman always prefers a clean-shaven look.”
‘Sikandar’ was filmed over 90 days across Mumbai, Hyderabad, and other locations in India. The team shot four songs, including three dance numbers, and five action sequences. Sikandar is reportedly designed for the big screen, with elements of romance, politics, drama, and revenge fused into the story, making for one big action blockbuster.
The makers are now reportedly focused on post-production and adding finishing touches to the film that is set to release over the Eid 2025 weekend.
The report stated that the final prints of Sikandar “will be completed in the next five days,” just in time for fans to begin their countdown the the film’s release.
‘Sikandar’ is already generating buzz with its thrilling teaser and peppy song which dropped on the occasion of Holi.
