Women’s March Madness 2025 – Opening betting odds, lines, spread

The 2025 women’s NCAA basketball tournament is set to tip off as 68 teams look to win it all and make their mark on history. The UCLA Bruins clinched the overall No. 1 seed after a resounding Big 10 tournament win, and spent 12 weeks at No. 1 in the AP poll.

Across the bracket is reigning champion South Carolina, who are looking to repeat history and give head coach Dawn Staley her fourth ring.
