Skoda Strong Portfolio
The Kylaq, Škoda Auto India’s first sub-4-meter SUV, launched in January 2025 and has been a key factor in the company’s record sales month. Announced in February 2024 and named by India, the Kylaq was unveiled in November 2024. This vehicle marks the entry point to Škoda’s line of five-star safety-rated cars.
All three Škoda models built on the MQB-A0-IN platform – Kushaq, Slavia, and Kylaq – have achieved five-star safety ratings for both adult and child occupants. The Kushaq and Slavia were tested by Global NCAP, while the Kylaq recently underwent testing under Bharat NCAP.
Škoda Auto India is increasing Kylaq production to meet high demand, with the goal of delivering all vehicles on order, exceeding 15,000, by the end of May. This accelerated production ramp-up reflects the vehicle’s popularity.
