HYDERABAD: BJP Telangana president N. Ramchander Rao expressed deep anguish over the fatal toddy adulteration incident. He visited NIMS Hospital on Thursday to meet the affected families and personally inquire about the condition of those undergoing treatment.
Ramchander Rao spoke with the attending medical team to understand the severity of the cases and the ongoing medical interventions. He directed hospital authorities to ensure the highest standard of care and continuous monitoring for all patients affected by the adulterated liquor.
Rmachander Rao condemned the act as a case of criminal negligence and stressed that those responsible must face the strongest legal action to prevent such tragedies in the future. He also called for stringent measures to safeguard public health and safety.
