Their rendition of the song has garnered a huge number of views on YouTube. In a recent interview, the duo, who is married in real life, opened up about their experience tackling their debut project for Yash Raj Films.The Long and Collaborative ProcessDiscussing with Hindustan Times, Parampara shared that they are happy people like their song, describing it as a great feeling because it took about one and a half years to create the song with their entire team. She noted that Mohit (Suri) was involved throughout the process, as was Irshad.Decision on Vocal ArrangementThey further revealed that initially, they thought the song could be performed by a male singer alone. However, they later decided that having both male and female vocals would be a better fit. According to her, for Suri, the song represents the beginning of love and trust between the lead characters in the film.Behind the ScenesSachet and Parampara also shared a behind-the-scenes story about Mohit bringing the lead actors to the music studio. He mentioned that having Ahaan and Aneet in the studio brought a lovely and crazy energy, creating a great vibe. While they were making music, Mohit called both of them, but did not inform them that they were the actors at that time. They had already created 4-5 melodies, and Mohit asked them to perform these live. They noticed Ahaan and Aneet closely observing how they were singing and making music. Parampara speculated that Mohit might have asked them to do this because he wanted a similar energy reflected on screen.Sachet’s Praise for Ahaan Panday’s AuthenticitySachet reflected on how impressed he was with Ahaan’s ability to convincingly portray a musician onscreen. He noted how Ahaan mastered the art of lip-syncing, learned to hold the guitar naturally, and authentically embodied the process of composing music. Sachet emphasised that it is rare for an actor to lip-sync and act in a way that genuinely makes it appear as if they are actually singing. He recalled only feeling this level of realism once before, when he saw Ranbir Kapoor. Sachet stated that after Ranbir, this is the first time he has witnessed such a performance, praising Ahaan for his dedication and outstanding work in the role.
