Isha, in an interview, revealed that she requested Nagarjuna to slap her for real to achieve authenticity in a highly emotional scene, as she struggled to express the required anger on camera. Despite initial hesitation, Nagarjuna complied, resulting in multiple takes that left visible marks on Isha’s face.
Nagarjuna later apologized to her. Isha, as a committed method actor, enjoyed the process.
