Renault Group’s newly appointed CEO François Provost on Monday unveiled a major leadership reshuffle and organisational changes aimed at speeding up decision-making and strengthening customer focus.
“To meet the challenges ahead, we need an organisation that decides faster, executes smarter and stays closer to our customers,” Provost said while announcing the appointments.
Fabrice Cambolive has been named Chief Growth Officer, in addition to his role as CEO of the Renault brand. He will now oversee both Renault and Dacia, lead the Group’s international growth in markets such as India, Latin America and Korea, and drive customer experience across digital, marketing, after-sales and retail. Katrin Adt succeeds Denis Le Vot as CEO of Dacia, joining the leadership team.
Philippe Brunet takes charge as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), managing engineering for both Renault Group and Ampere. He succeeds Philippe Krief, who continues as Alpine CEO. Anthony Plouvier has been appointed Chief Procurement Officer, while Thierry Charvet will now oversee Supply Chain along with his existing role in Industry and Quality.
In human resources, Claire Fanget becomes Chief People & Organisation Officer, replacing Bruno Laforge. Christian Stein, Chief Communications Officer, also joins the leadership team.
The changes, effective immediately, mark Provost’s first major step since taking charge on July 31, the company said in a statement.
