To which the filmmaker replied, “Jiss din tu gaon jaayega na us din aayegi (the day when you go to your village).”Farah further commented, “Deepika Padukone ab sirf 8 ghanta shoot karti hai, usko show pe aane ka time nahi hai (Deepika Padukone now shoots only for 8 hours; she doesn’t have time to come to our show).”

Amidst chatter about her exit, various news reports alleged that the actress demanded an 8-hour shift, a hike in her fees, and profit-sharing in the movie. However, the same has not been confirmed.
