Lucknow: ‘Heart Health Carnival,’ featuring free health checkups, heart-healthy nutrition guidance, a Zumba session, a skit on heart health, and a balloon lift ceremony, was organised in the city on World Heart Day by Max Super Speciality Hospital.Dr Nakul Sinha, chairman of cardiology, highlighted silent heart attacks, which can occur without typical symptoms, especially in diabetics. Chandan Hospital also organised an awareness initiative on lifestyle and heart care. The hospital launched a Heart Valve Clinic and a Heart Failure Clinic to provide structured long-term care.
