Hyundai will soon launch a new generation of the Venue compact SUV. Through recent uncamouflaged spyshots and info from the recent Hyundai investor summit, we know that the Venue gets significant updates to its exterior, a new interior design, along with several new feature additions. Here’s everything you need to know about the 2025 Hyundai Venue ahead of its launch on November 4.
- Venue will come with a dual 12.3-inch infotainment, digital display setup
- SUV to carry over mechanicals from its predecessor
- Gets redesigned exteriors and interiors along with ADAS Level 2
New Hyundai Venue: what’s new on the outside?
The new-gen Venue gets a new front fascia, with a split headlamp arrangement similar to other models in Hyundai’s range. The side is characterised by a similar Venue silhouette, but gets flared wheel arches and sharp character lines along with side-body cladding. The rear gets a connected LED tail lamp setup with Venue branding in the centre and the bumpers getting a dual tone treatment along with cladding.
New Hyundai Venue: what’s new on the inside?
The 2025 Venue interiors get major design changes. Spy shots reveal a dual-screen infotainment and digital display setup, new switchgear and a new steering wheel. Hyundai recently confirmed that the screen sizes will be 12.3 inches, bigger than those on the Creta. The new infotainment system will also be compatible with OTA updates. Other notable additions include new Level 2 ADAS, bringing it on par with the Creta and Alcazar’s ADAS abilities, as the current-gen Venue gets only Level 1 ADAS. A 360-degree camera is also expected to be part of the package.

New Hyundai Venue: what engines will be on offer?
The next-generation Venue is expected to keep the three engine options found in the current model: a 100hp 1.5-litre diesel engine, an 83hp, 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and a 120hp 1.0-litre turbo-petro engine. While the turbo-petrol is expected to continue with the 6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT gearboxes, the base NA petrol engine is expected to continue with a 5-speed MT. The diesel engine is also only expected with a 6-speed MT.
New Hyundai Venue: what’s the expected price?
We expect the 2025 Venue to be priced at roughly between Rs 8.5 lakh and Rs 13 lakh (ex-showroom), on par with rivals within its segment. For reference, the outgoing version of the Venue is priced between Rs 8.48 lakh and Rs 12.18 lakh (ex-showroom).
New Hyundai Venue: what cars will it rival?
The Venue will continue to rival the likes of the Tata Nexon, Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Maruti Brezza and the Skoda Kylaqamong others. It sits in one of the most crowded segments in the Indian automotive space, with the sub-4m SUV space comprising nearly a dozen models in total.
