UPMSP UP Board 10th Result 2024 Declared: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Parishad (UPMSP), Prayagraj declared the UP Board Class 10 and 12 examination results at 2 pm on April 20. Matric and Inter results are now available at the official UP Board websites — upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in.

A total of 2935353 students registered for the Class 10 exams of which 2738399 appeared. Of them, 2455041 passed. About 11982 private candidates registered, 10365 appeared and 6985 passed.
In 2023, girls fared better than boys by recording a pass percentage of 93.34 per cent. Priyanshi Soni of Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College, Sitapur had topped the exam by scoring 590 marks out of 600.
According to UP Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla, the evaluation process for class 10 and 12 was completed within 12 working days. This year, evaluation did not take place between March 24 and 26 due to the Holi festival.

Official figures from the UP Board revealed that a total of 55,25,308 candidates registered for the year 2024, with 29,47,311 registered for the high school examination and 25,77,997 for the intermediate examination. Additionally, 94,802 examiners were appointed to evaluate 1.76 crore answer sheets for the high school examination, while 52,295 examiners were assigned to evaluate 1.25 crore answer sheets for the class 12 exams.
The minimum mark required to pass the UP board Class 10 exam is 33% in all subjects. In case students are not satisfied with their score, they can apply for supplementary/ compartment exams.
