Infosys Salary Hike 2025: BIG announcement for employees – Latest Update (Pic: ET NOW)
Jayesh Sanghrajka, chief financial officer (CFO), Infosys told media persons after Q3 results announcement that salary hike or salary increment will be in a single-digit for India employees. Infosys employees outside India will get a salary increment in line with earlier compensation reviews.
According to Infosys CFO, salary hike for India employees will be in the range of 6 tp 8 per cent.
“We are expecting is 6-8% in India. And you know, the overseas comps (compensation) will be in line with the earlier comp reviews,” Infosys CFO said.
Jayesh Sanghrajka, however, said that high performers (performing employees) will receive much higher salary hikes.
“Most employees will see their salary increases in the fourth quarter,” Infosys CFO said.
Infosys Salary Structure
Infosys employees falling at job level five (JL5) will get their salary hike letters in February 2025. Their salary hike will be effective from January 1, 2025.
Infosys employees falling under JL6 and above will get their salary hike letter in March 2025. Their salary hike will be effective from April 1, 2025.
During Q3 FY2025 (October-December quarter of FY25), Infosys reported its consolidated net profit at Rs 6,806 crore, up 11 per cent YoY. The IT company had clocked a net PAT Of Rs 6,106 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Infosys revenue from operations in Q3 stood at Rs 41,764 crore, 7.58 per cent higher than Rs 38,821 crore in the third quarter of FY24.
